In Vitro Root Formation And Transplanting Of Chinese Jujube And Sour Jujube

The effected of rooting by plant growth regulators, temperature, type of stem segment,different leaves, cutting and different matrix, different humidity was studied on rootformation and transplanting.The rooting result showed: (1) The ability of tetraploid of Ziziphus acidojujubarooting was higher than Z. acidojujuba. In the optimum rooting medium, the rooting rate oftetraploid of Z. acidojujuba was 100.00%. The optimum rooting medium was1/2MS+IBA1.0～2.0mg/L and the optimum temperature was 25～30℃. (2) The optimumrooting medium of Ziziphus jujuba 'dongzao' was 1/2MS+IBA1.0～2.0mg/L and theoptimum temperature was 30℃. (3) Cutting was useful for inducing root, but not useful forthe length of root. The leaves were need in inducing root of different variety of jujube. Ifnot leaf left, the rate of root nearly zero. Generally, Z jujuba 'dongzao' need three leaves.Z. acidojujuba need more leaves, maybe 7 to 9 and tetraploid of Z. acidojujuba need 4 or 5.The microstracture olefin slice of rooting showed that: Different variety of jujube haddifferent rooting time. The inducing time of Z. acidojujuba rooting was 4 days, and thereducing time of tetraploid of Z. acidojujuba was 3 days. The number of tetraploid ofZiziphus acidojujuba rooting was more than Z. acidojujuba.The transplanting result showed: (1)The optimum matrix of tetraploid ofZ. acidojujuba was perlite and soil, pure vermiculite, vermiculite and soil. The rate oftetraploid of Z. acidojujuba transplanting was 74.13%,79.35%,77.08%. The optimummatrix of Z. acidojujuba was perlite and soil. The best rate of Z. acidojujuba transplantingwas 86.71%. The optimum matrix of Z. jujuba 'dongzao' was pure vermiculite. The bestrate of Z. jujuba 'dongzao' transplanting was 93.42%.(2) The higher humidity was usefulfor transplanting. The strong plants which high was 4cm was suit for transplanting. (3) Itwas a quickly growth speed during 60d to 90d, especially in the matrix of vermiculite andhumus of tetraploid of Z. acidojujuba. Joining humus was useful for growth after 30 days.The best time for transplanting was April to June.
