Toilet is important in people daily life. It deposits and removes most dejecta from people. The problem of invironmental pollution from toilet has been noticed for a long time. Nowadays scholar all over the world have developed investigation of bio- toilet, and all kinds of bio-toilets have been brought such as bio-cleanse , physiatrics-cleanse and so on. The reach of bio-toilet in our country is developed barely. There are lots of study .We have done the Bio-toilet experiment with sawdust as matrix instead of (wood) for two years after importing Bio-toilet from Japan in 2002.Now we have obtained some primary development and we can approve that sawdust may be used in the Bio-toilet as matrix instead of wood. The task of this experiment is that we use the remains of Bio-toilet as fertilizer to plant corn and study the effect of remain to corn as fertilizer.The aim of the experiment is to prove that remains of Bio-toilet can be a kind of harmless resource.Remains of bio-toilet contains much nutritional elements: N,P,K and so on that plants grow needs.(Table 1).We planted corn with remains of bio-toilet as fertilizer and investigated growth and yield of corn. From result of the experiment, we approved whether remains of bio-toilet can be utilized.The experiment adopted two disposals and measured off test field into two sections : one without any fertilizer, the other with remains of the Bio-toilet in 2005; one with fertilizer,the other with remains of the Bio-toilet in 2006. The square of every part is 20 m2.During the process of corn growth, we observed corn exterior figure seven times every seven days in the prophase of corn growth. We measured height of corn stalk, maximal girth of corn stalk, maximal width,length and the number of corn limina.We also measured bio-mass of corn during the process of corn growth in the four growth periods. Bio-mass included two parts: overground part and underground part.After corn harvest, we compared respectively yield of two sections without any fertilizer and with remains of bio-toilet in 2005;yield of two sections with fertilizer and with remains of bio-toilet in 2006. We compared including length of corn spike, length of bald peak, the number of corn row and so on.From the comparisons and analysis of corn two sections in 2005 and 2006, we can get the conclusion that remains of the Bio-toilet can accelerate corn growth. This indicates remains of bio-toilet has better fertility,and it can advance corn yield.
