The experiment proceeded in the Traditional Chinese Medicine High TechDemonstration Garden of Bozhou in Anhui province from 2005 to 2006.The experimentalcontent involves the cultivation and the physiology of Bo- Chrysanthemum. it researchedthe effect of N,P,K coordination employment and N, P, K and the trace elementcoordination employment on the yield and quality of Bo- Chrysanthemum. The primaryresults of research are as follows:l.This paper presents a high-yielding fertilization program, that is N 15 kg/667m2, P10kg/667m2,K2O 15kg/667m2,Zn 1kg/667m2,Fe 3kg/667m2.Which will provide thetechnical support and the theory basis for special-purpose fat configuration and theproduction of Bo- Chrysanthemum.2.Along with the enhancement of the N level, the first branches and second branchesare increased. Under the same condition of N level, the first branches increase at first thenreduce, along with the enhancement of the K level. That is to say, when K2O reaches10kg/667m2 the first branch number begins reducing. But under the low N level, thesecond branches increase along with the K enhancement. Simultaneously executes Zn andFe trace element on the basis of the N15P10K15 coordination foundation can remarkablyincrease the first branchings and second branchings, enhancing its output, but the influenceis not remarkble when single trace element Zn or Fe is executed. The influence of N to flower number is not obvious, but the K is just opposite, Underthe same condition of N 10kg/667m2, the flowered number increase at first then reduce, along with the enhancement of the K level and it reaches the highest level when K is10kg/667m2.Compared to K2O 10kg/667m2,the flower increases above 18%.3.In the abundant flowering season, the curve of photosynthetic rate variation is "thesplit-blip". Two peak values separately appear at 11 and 15 o'clock, Moreover, the firstpeak is obviously higher than the second peak. 15 o'clock is an important time of stemsmatter accumulates in abundant flowering season of Bo- Chrysanthemum.4.N, P, K, Zn, and Fe coordination employment can remarkably enhance the totalflavanone content of Bo- Chrysanthemum. Phosphorus can remarkably affect the totalflavanone synthesis of Bo- Chrysanthemum. Potassium also has a tremendous influence tothe total flavanone synthesis, but the influence is smaller than phosphorus. Zn canincrease total flavanone synthesis of Bo- Chrysanthemum.
