The Salvia miltiorrihiza Bunge have long been used in Chinese traditional medical science.In recent years,it has been widely used in making drugs for heart disease.Even though salvia is planted in many provinces of china,the morphological characteristic of salvia is different,and the quality of the salvia roots is different.The research aims to evaluating the quality of Salvia miltiorrihiza Bunge,and setting up a set of methods to good agricultural practice.First,the research consulted many references to full fill the whole dissertation, and collected 56 species from the producing areas around China.And basically classify them into 32 species.Then,to distinguish the differentiae in the germplasms resources,the research studies the botany properties of different germplasms of salvia and records the data of the roots,caudexes and flowers.The data is clustered by the Jaccard minimum distance way.The diagnoses of the roots are compared among the germplasms resources as well.The caudexes' and leaves' diagnoses was analyzed by LSD multiple comparement.To analyse the distinction of virtual components in different kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,the HPLC(high performance liquid chromatography)is adopted to determinate the contents of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolic acid B.Additionally, The planting method is also important in the survey,the research compares different means of fertilizers,different methods of cultivation and different time of picking by detecting the content of tanshinoneⅡA and the content of Salvianolic acid B.The study gets some valuable results as follows:1.The differences in "breadth" and "the ratio of the breadth and length" have statistical significance between the groups.The statistic shows that the outputs of five germplasms are higher than the others.2.Only 5 contents of tanshinoneⅡA in the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge can reach the standard of the《Chinese pharmacopoeia》(2005).All the contents of Salvianolic acid B have reached the standard of the《Chinese pharmacopoeia》(2005). There is no linear relationship between the content of tanshinoneⅡA and the content of Salvianolic acid B.The Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge from Sichuan and Henan have more virtual components than the others.3.The result shows that there is no big difference between the microelement fertilizers and the match of N,P,K fertilizers.There is only one mix method(P2O5 /K2SO4)which makes both of the two contents higher.4.In the salvia planting process the best time for harvest is from October 25 to November 15.During this period,the contents of the tanshinoneⅡA of salvia are higher than that in other monthes.And "Roots cultivating way" is the best among the three cultivating methods which has been widely used in the production process.Above all,5 germplasms of salvia have been selected,whose quality are higher than others.A serial of the salvia's culture is set up by optimizing the propagate steps, which guides the plant of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge,and our research has the practical significance.
