Study On The Mechanism Of Paddy Rice Quality Under The Long-term Localization Fertilization

Abstract/Summary:
This research was made in Jiangsu Taihu Area Agriculture Scientific Center, early Maturity Late Japonica T118 on the experiment site of Taihu area was chosen. According to different constitution of fertilizer, different types of the soil and various habitats with different rice quality was analyzed to define different detailed functions of various nutrition ingredients, and mineral organic fertilizer. A good foundation was made about Fertilizer type and high quality rice combination. The details are as following:(1) As for Long-term localization Fertilization, different layers of the field had various characteristics and habitats related organic material, N (nitrogen) ratio etc. Soil Total P (phosphorus) was increased with the P fertilizer quantity. Among which, the MNP solution had Highest Soil Total P. Inorganic Phosphorus and Organic Fertilizer made the soil ratio increase very obviously. Different fertilizer constitution affected a lot about the ratio of available K and unavailable K, which was attention point during fertilizing.(2) It has an important function for the tong-term localization Fertilization about the chlorophyll content during grain filling stage of rice, the chlorophyll content can be 47.5 of MNP, MNPK. From booting stage to the grain filling stage, sugar content in leaves was comparatively high. Carbon Assimilation Capacity was highest in 21 days after leaves extended, and it was higher with N fertilization compared with no N Fertilization. C/N ratio of upside-down double-leaves was improved from extension to aging stage(3) Head Milled Rice Rate was improved a lot through fertilization of N, together with K, P, which was found through research under the long-term localization fertilization condition. The chalky rice rate was lowest with CNK. K is the efficient element to deduce the chalky rate while P could increase it. The amylase content was higher and the taste quality was lower with less N. Especially, the composition of N, P, K stalks has lower taste index (61.3-63.7). Basically, The starch RVA Properties and the taste coincided with each other with various fertilization compositions.(4) Under the condition of long-term localization fertilization, through analysis of soil, plant, grains nutrition correlation, the following were got: N fertilizer improved the N content in plant, soil and grains. Inorganic fertilizer with P fertilizer affected little about the P content in grains. The K content in the grains, soil improved a little after K fertilization. From booting stage to mature stage, the amylase content in leaves and sheath decreased while protein increased. From booting stage to grain-filling stage, reducing sugar content of reversed double-leaves was increased while the amylase in grains was deduced. The amylase in grains increased together with nitrate-N concentration while the protein concentration got deduced. K fertilizer tended to increase the amylase in rice. As for N fertilizer, the amylase got deduced, while the protein got increased for rice, the gelatinization temperature was improved, and the viscosity got smaller, which caused low tasting quality. The Mg/K ratio improvement deduced chalky rate, it also increased strength of grains for high quality rice.Synthesizing the elements of cultivating soil fertility, controlling of water eutrophication in Taihu, and producing high yields, stable yields and high quality of paddy rice, it needs a management measure of steadying N, reducing P and increasing K in paddy rice production in Taihu area.
