The work was carried out at Feng-qiu Agricultural Experiment station of CAS. The work included two parts: A is that the water was controlled at whole life of wheat. The experiment was designed with three different water application treatments.WA-1 was the treatment with enough water;WA-2 was light water stress; WA-3 was serious water stress . B was that the water was controlled after anthesis of wheat, the experiment was designed with three different water treatments as A part.Crop growth and development, vegetable oragans dry matter accumulation and transportation, vegetable oragans carbohydrate content were observed though the entire period of the experiments. The partition of dry matter and carbohydrate contents of oragans in different treatment were researched. And the effect of partition pattern in water condition on the grain were compared and analyzed. And it is very significant for the research on the balance between source and pool in drought condition, and can proved some knowledge on water-saved agriculture. The results showed:Water was controlled at whole life of wheat , the different degree water deficit can effect the photosynthesis ,and result in decrease matter production. The restrainment were more siginificant by the water deficit degree more serious. The carbohydrate content improved by the water deficit degree more serious, and can improved osmatically adjustment, then adapted the stress condition.The carbohydrate content of oragans of ZM18 were higher than of JM20,can indicate that ZM18 is more drought-proof than JM20. The contribution of stem to grain was the most in different treatment , and they were 27.39%,37.01%,42.42% respectively; and then was sheath (14.01%,21.22%,18.75% respectively),leaf(10.64%,14.95,8.13% respectively ), water deficit treatment can improved the contribution to grain.After anthesis , the effect of the water deficit degree on photosynthesis is various, and the response of ZM18 and JM20 to the water deficit is different. The effect on photosynthesis of ZM18 under WB-2 treatment was positive,but under WB-3 treatment ,the photosynthesis was retrained . The water deficit under WB-2 and WB-3 both can effect the photosynthesis of JM20, result in the decreasement in matter production. The water deficit can improve the transportation ration of stem,sheath,leaf. And the transportation ration of oragans was positive with the kernel accumulation .Sucrose is the transporttational pattern ,the content of stem,sheath,leaf was siginificant positive relation with the dry matter transportation ration respectively.
