It was of definite form, characterized by strong disease-resistance, short growth period, with only 80 to 90 days, only with 10 to 18 centimeter in height, high percentage of fruit set, good uniformity in fruit shape and size, transverse diameter was about 2.1cm and vertical length was 1.8cm. thick and firm flesh, rich fruit color, near triangular leaf, racemose inflorescence, 5 petals, radiating, corolla diameter was about 2mm. The young plant affected by the high temperature and the low temperature may delay fruits turn to red. It was suitable for both the eating and watching, and cultured in the Fuzhou area.2. Compared with the open-air cultured tomatoes, the plant height and fruits of the shaded cultivation tomatoes were small and few. so it should be cultured in open-air as far as possible.3. The tomatoes cultured in peatland were highest in height, and in size of crown, leave size, flowers, fruit size, That cultured in the rank second, and third was the tomatoes cultured in vegetable-planting rank although its growth was the best in earlier stage.4. Under the 40°C, With the stress day's prolong, the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein in the Micro-Tom tomato leaves became higher, and the SOD,CAT and APX activity increased, up to the optimum after eight hours stress. The CAT activity was the most sensitive to the change of temperature, so it could be taken as good physiological index for testing heat-tolerance in tomato. The cell membrane system damaged, the OD260 and OD280 and Malondiadehyde content increased with the increment of the treating time. It also could be taken as good physiological index for testing heat-tolerance in tomato.5. Under the 5°C, The APX activity was the most sensitive to the low temperature, so it could be taken as good physiological index for testing chilling-tolerance in tomato. The cell membrane system damaged, the OD260 and OD280 and Malondiadehyde content increased with the increment of the stress time. It also could be taken as good physiological index for testing heat-tolerance in tomato. But in roots those physiological indexes changed differently, more gentle than the leave's. Maybe It was related to the differences of cold resistance.6. The content of chlorophyll in the leaves of tomato gradually decreased under the water stress. The biggest change was chlorophyll b. It could be taken as good physiological indexes for the water stress. The SOD activity maintained continuously in a high level first, the same nearly with the CK. The CAT and APX activity also enhanced, but under the serious water stress, the protection system destructed seriously. The SOD, CAT and APX activity all dropped, among which the CAT activity changed the most. It could be taken as good physiological indexes for the water stress. The cell membrane system damaged, and the content of OD260, OD280 and Malondiadehyde increased with the increment of stress time, Among which the CAT activity changed the most. Meanwhile, F(?), Fm, Fv and Fv/Fm significantly reduced under the serious water stress, causing Micro-Tom tomato serious hurt. The content of Fv was the most sensitive to the water stress. Therefore Fv could be taken as good physiological indexes for the water stress. |
