By means of the eco-experimental methods ,the author studies the realationship between the soil nutrient of six different patent rock (Basalt Silicarenite Feldspar silicarenite ,meta-sandstone Quaternary red clay sandstone of Coal series)and the growth of Magnolia grandiflora saplings ,the results show that the height and diameter of Magnolia grandiflora saplings have diffenences on the differentl rock soil, and along with the different seasonal variation, its difference was more obvious. On the six kinds of soils from different rocks, the Magnolia grandiflora saplings are suitable for acidity or slight acidity sandy clay loam, with a higher survival rate, the saplings grow quickly in the spring, the summer. For these soils, the soil from silicarenite is the best soil for Magnolia grandiflora growth.The soil nutrient contents change on the soils from different rocks, and also change with the season change, and the nutrients have the certain correlation with the growth of Magnolia grandiflora sapling, in the vegetal period, the Magnolia grandiflora saplings have the certain demand to the nitrogen and the phosphorus elements, but few demands to the potassium, however higher or lower of nutrient contents are disadvantageous to its growth.For the soil enzyme change, the differences of rocks and the seasons cause the difference of soil enzyme on diffenent soils. The soil enzyme and the soil nutrient have the correlational dependence, unifies the lithological character which the broad yulan magnolia mostadapts grows to say, grows the correlational dependence with the Magnolia grandiflora saplings to indicate, if in the soil rease activeness activeness takes a higher position is advantageous to the Magnolia grandiflora saplings's growth, but says in view of the different rock growth soil should regard the special details to decide.Plant nutrient content has the certain correlational dependence in the certain degree with the soil nutrient content, from the obtained results, the plant to the nutritive elements absorption and the demand, tallies with the above conclusions.The differences of the rocks cause the difference of the soil nutrient content and the soil enzyme activitys, thus lead to the differences of the plant absorption to nutritive elements, and influence the growth of plants to some extent. Through the study of the Magnolia grandiflora sapling growth tendency and change, and the analysis of soil basic physical, the soil nutrient content, the soil enzyme activity and the plantnutritive elements content, the relationship between the soil and plant growth has obtained . All of these results present some certain theory basis and the reference value for the tree choice for greening in middle guizhou province and for the cultivation and fertilization rationally of Magnolia grandiflora saplings. |
