The report is focusing on vineyard of the College of Enology in Yangling Shaanxi covering with Tall fescue (Festuca arundincea), Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), White Clover (Trifolium repens L) and Cleaning tillage (CK).We detected and analyzed the soil microorganism quantity,enzyme activity and soil nutrition contents of three soil layers (0-20cm,20-40cm,40-60cm)from April to December in 2006,and found their vertical change rule and distrbution state,analyzed the correlation and main factors among them. The results are as follows:1. Microorganism quantity in Vineyard with interplanting grass measurement system are higher than Cleaning tillage (CK).Along with increasing the soil depth, the microorganism quantities are rapid reduce. Among five microorganism, soil bacteria quantity is the most, actionmyces takes second place, Cellulolytic organism is the fewest. The peak values of soil microorganism in treatments appeared in July.2. Vineyard with interplanting grass measurement system makes the soil enzyme activity have marked difference to Cleaning tillage. Different variety have different effect to soil enzyme activity, the leguminous planting grass improving effect to the activities of SaA, Phosphatase, UrA, Cellulose were better than gramineous planting grass, especially with White Clover ,but the improving Amylas ability was less than leguminous.3. Vineyard with White Clover and Alfalfa remarkable increased the contents of soil organic matter, total N, Hydrolyzable N, Available K. But, the fertility factors in Tall fescue treatment are less than Cleaning tillage.It is obvious that leguminous planting grass improved soil nutrient.4. Through correlation and main factors analysis,there are a certain extent positive correlativity between soil nutrient,soil enzyme and soil microoganism.Among those factors, Organic matter, Total N, HydrolyzableN, Available K, Bacteria, Fungi, Actinomyces, Nitrogen germ, Cellulolytic organism, SaA, UrA, Phosphatase belongs to first principal components. CAT, Total P, Available P, Cellulose in second principal components.
