| Since the 20th century,the Theory of Information System,for example:The Management Information System(MIS) , The Decision-Making Support System(DSS) , The Geographic Information System(GIS) and The Expert System(ES),and so on, has been very popular in the world and become powerful tool in the domain of the resources environment management,especially the GIS technology,RS data acquire and imagery processing technology,the development and application of the GPS data acquire technology in the space information management aspect has provided the powerful technical support for the spatial information inquiry,the demonstration,the connection analysis,the analysis and the modeling,the statistics and the output,etc.This research takes the Information System as the basic theory rationale,and the Songnen lawn as the research object. The author designed the Songnen lawn Geodatabase data model according to the complex character and the resources, introduced the method of combining Geodatabase with ArcSDE technique for creating GIS database,as well as described how to achieve the theory character and the spatial data integration saves in details. In order to guarantee the data integrity and decrease the data redundancy,this paper constructs the table to the attribute data class and defines the data connection code for avoiding the shortcomings such as the application data is large and it is hard to renew the data and so on.The thesis designed the overhead construction for the Information System of Songnen law by using the module technology,along with dividing it into three subsystems: the subsystem of the graph operation and analysis,the subsystem for inquiring and statistics,and the subsystem for assistance. Further more,it plans the subsystems into sixteen functional modules for learning. On the foundation of designing,the author accomplished the transforming from the technology to practice by combing the Visual Basic + ArcObjects with the ADO data accessing technology. The system has realized a series of performing for general use and provided some methods to influence the spatial analysis and superimposition analysis. Here we must emphasize the special subsystem for inquiring and statistics that focuses on the application of the lawn and surrounds the key points in learning---lawn and vegetation, which realized the information inquiry,statistics and the table creating. The system could provide an effective help information to the lawn management through the alternately analysis of map and attribute. |
