Ensile can preserve the nutrition of plants effectively,particularly maintaining the proteins and vitamin.Generally,the nutritive value of green plants are approximately reduced by 30 to 50 percent,comparing that of ensile only decrease 5 to 10 percent after maturation and insulation.Silage can retain the delicate juice of green material,and its water containing capacity is five times than hay.Not only the sense of eating is good,but also the digestion rate and utilization rate are high.So silage is an economical and applied method of keeping forage.Silage Microbial Inoculants can be utilized in ensile specially.It is highly studied that enhancing the quality of ensile recently.The main actions of Silage Microbial Inoculants conclude adjusting the microbe of ensile purposely and the process of ensile,prompting the products of lactic acid bacteria,causing the transformations of polysaccharide and cellulose.Ensile ferment is become one active field of ruminant forage research and production in the developed country near 15 to 20 years.Firstly,the lactic acid bacteria were isolated from the contents of ingluvies and cecum of culturing Green Feet chickens.The experiments of observing thalli configuration,fungus character,a series of biochemistry,physiology and biology were analysed about the purified bacteria.The results showed that bacteria belonged to Lactobacillus delbrueckii primarily.Secondly,some verdurous maize straw were chosen as material grass,two lactic acid bacilus were used for appending and modulating of ensile.Utilizing the method of accounting bacteria was for achieving the number of alive lactic acid bacteria in the process of silage regularly,and realizing the change of lactic acid bacteria in the process of silage between natural and artificial conditions.At the same time,the pH value is tested.The two results can provide basements for further research.At the same time,The small trial of silage fermentation has been made in the laboratory, making use of some verdurous maize straw for material grass.The prepared tests of making routine silage have been had through sense determination.The good results provide the technical foundation about realistic production of ensile.Thirdly,sterile dry bran has been made for carrier.It was mixed equably between grams bran and milliliters bacteria liquid by fixed proportion.The bran of absorbing germs were preserved by four different conditions.The condition was tested for achieving of preserving the bran of absorbing germs.Finally,the grads experiment had been made for getting the best concentration of appending lactic acid bacteria into ensile,the pH value and the number of alive lactic acid bacteria of ensile of appending lactic acid bacteria had been made,the data of the pH value and the number of alive lactic acid bacteria had been compared many repeated.Moreover,the fermented contrastive test of appending different lactic acid bacteria into ensile had been made,the pH value and the number of alive lactic acid bacteria of ensile of appending different lactic acid bacteria had been made,the data of the pH value and the number of alive lactic acid bacteria had been compared many repeated,too.Summarily,The results showed that bacteria belonged to Lactobacillus delbrueckii primarily,the condition of anaerobic room temperature test is the best,the best concentration is 10~7/g,and the complex bacteria has better effect.It hints that there is cooperation among the different bacteria in the process of ensile.
