The function of the soil-plant system possesses translate and store solar power into bioenergy. It must be effect the crop's output and quality, as well as atmosphere and water while heavy metal pollution occures in the soil-plant system, and possibly endanger human health through food chain. Therefore, the research about soil-plant system is important content to pedology and environmental science for the moment.Chosen yellow soil and the FuDing tea with the Meng 9 tea to establish the soil-plant system, the yellow soil is representative soil of Sichuan tea garden, the FuDing tea and the Meng 9 tea are Sichuan famous tea. Planted the two kinds of tea plants in the yellow soil for several months, which had been added different concentration lead acetate solution. Then analyze and determine the content and the speciation of lead in soil and tea plants. Establishe the lead correlations in the soil and tea plants System through correlation analyze and regression analyze. Take improved HG-AFS method to measure lead element, and optimized the analytical procedure. The method can increase the generation efficiency of alkyl lead, acidic sample solution can preserve longer time, and vessel can clean easier. The results show that the root's enrichment factor to lead is less than the stem's. Lead concentration in soil increase while root and stem's enrichment factor decrease. The results also show that the speciation of lead in soil is iron/manganese oxyhydroxides, which means the added lead acetate, convert to the speciation of iron/manganese oxyhydroxides slowly. The Pearson correlation coefficient of soil's and root's of tea is positive correlation, the square of linear regression coefficient is greater than 0.8, the iron/manganese oxyhydroxides of lead speciation with the content of lead in tea plant is also.
