This paper used cotyledon, hypocotyls, root of vitro seeding of cumin(Cuminum cyminum L.) as material, discussed the establishment of the system of tissue culture and plant Regeneration.1. The germination rate of seeds that were sterilized in 70% alcohol for 10s,and in 0.1% HgCL₂ for 50s is the best.The 20 days'dark culture is necessary for seeds to increase the germination rate.The vitro seedings could be gotten for 5days and 16h/d illumination period.2. Cotyledon regeneration system: The induction rate is 100%,inoculated on MS medium with 2.0mg/L2,4-D,The multiplicationrate is 68%,subcultured onMS+0.5mg/LNAA+0.2mg/L6-BA and MS+0.3mg/LNAA+0.5mg/L6-BA medium.20 days' dark culture could increase the multiplication rate and improve the texture of calluses obviously. The differentiation rate is 36.7%,inoculated on MS +NAA0.5mg/L +6-BA2.0mg/L.The differentiateing calluses were transferred on MS+0.1mg/L 1BA +0.2mg/L6-BA for shoot regeneration.The medium of root production was on 1/2MS +0.3mg/LNAA3. Hypocotyls regeneration system: The induction rate is 100%,inoculated on MS+0.5mg/L 2,4-D,The multiplication rate is 80%,subcultured on MS +NAA0.5mg/L+6-BA0.2mg/L.20 days dark culture could increase the multiplication rate and improve the texure of calluses obviously. The differentiation rate is 18.75% inoculated on MS +NAA0.5mg/L +6-BA3.0mg/L.The shoot regeneration and root production are the same with cotyledon regeneration system.4. Root regeneration system: The induction rate is 100% inoculated on MS+0.3mg/L 2,4-D,The multiplication rate is 76% subcultured on MS +NAA0.3mg/L+6-BA0.5～1.0nig/L.20 days dark culture could increase the multiplication rate and improve the texure of calluses obviously. The differentiation rate is 3.3～6.6% inoculated on MS+NAA0.2mg/L+6-BA3.0mg/L and MS +NAA2.0～0.3mg/L +6-BA2.23.0mg/L and MS +NAA 0.5mg/L+6-BA 3.0mg/l..
