The used data of the experiment was collected from 182 cotes young Mastiff of 12 pure breeding fields and farms of livestock. The experiment has been carried out to mensurate body weight and size ,analyse the rule of growth and development from firstborn to four monthes old in the 55 black,134 iron gild,67 reddish brown ,37 apricot and 34 white puppies and discuss preliminarily the heredity rule of coat color by pros and cons mating test between the black, iron gild, the reddish brown and apricot Tibetan Mastiff. The results are as follows:The body weight and the circumference of the black, iron gild, the red brown and apricot Tibetan Mastiff are significant bigger than that of the white(P<0.05),and body weight of the iron gild and black are also sharp different to that of the white in 3 months old(P<0.05),but It is no prominent that the body weihgt and size of distinct coat show 3 months before. Each month Cumulative upgrowth is no significant in the black, iron gild, the reddish brown and apricot,but the black is taller than others.Tube,surround doesn't show difference between each other coat color(P>0.05).tube round index number of firstborn is the biggest and it will gradually decrease with the time passing.Average daily adding weight of various coat young mastiff achieves high in its 3months,but the absolute body high and length submits the drop tendency from Newborn to 4 months age.The absolute circumference growth assumes the zigzag, namely descending in 2 age due to weaned stress, rising in 3 age ,but droping again in April,which explained various coat young mastiff absolute circumference growth also assumes the drop tendency.the white young mastiff is is lower than other four kinds of coat from newborn to 3 age ,but when to 4 age, the white young mastiff growth speed instead is as high as other coat puppies.According to relatively growth curve, upgrowth intensity of the whites is lower than that of others 3 age before , but when to 4 age, the relative growth reaches unanimity with other coat young dogs. In 2 age the various coat young mastiff is weaned the stress; so drop scope of growth intensity is biggest. In the Tibetan mastiff wool color inheritance, the black to the reddish brown, the black to the apricot as well as the iron to the apricot ,the former is a dominance.It is not obvious between wool color separation ratio of the next generation and complementary effect of non-allele by the iron gilds with the black counter-junction ,which is complementary effect of non-allele.When the iron gilds and the apricot are counter-junction , It is not prominent between separation ratio of wool color and recessiveness position function of complementary effect of non-allele,which is recessiveness position function of complementary effect of non-allele. Orthogonal separation ratio (9:6:1)of reddish brown and apricot is not remarkable (P>0.05), which is Accumulation function complementary effect of non-allele.Descendant Wool color separation Between the black×the black is Overlaping function complementary effect of non-allele.Descendant Wool color separation Between the red brown×the red brown is Inhibitory action of complementary effect of non-allele.; Descendant Wool color separation Between the apricot×the aprico is recessiveness position functionof complementary effect of non-allele.
