| Study the activity of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in the liver of rabbits infected with Eimeria stiedai, the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) in the serum,the coccidian oosysts per gram feces (OPG) ,Score the pathologies according to anatomic structures of rabiits'livers and micoscopic pathological changes. So as to study the effect of exogenous NO and NOS of the rabbits infected with E.stiedai.The results showed that when the rabbits were infected with E.stiedai, the activity of iNOS in the liver and the concentration of NO in the serum gradually increased and they both reached the peak after 12 days in the control group , GTN and GSNO groups. Then they gradually decreased and reached the level before infection about 23 days later. GTN and GSNO is nitric oxide donor ,Thay can release nitric oxide in body , the concentration of NO in the serum and the activity of iNOS in the liver of the rabbit of GTN group is higher than infective group's,and this group inhibit Eimeria stiedai . the OPG is little lower , and the pathological changes caused by E.stiedai is weaken,. These group domestic rabbit increase heavy slightly obvious. After the rabbits infected with E.stiedai were injected with the substrate of the nitric oxide donor—GSNO through the abdominal cavity, the concentration of NO in the serum and the activity of iNOS in the liver hoist too,which is higher than infective group ,especial the activity of iNOS in the liver, to prove the inhibition or killness on Eimeria stiedai, the OPG is little lower , and which make rabbits grow up obviously and ease the pathologies caused by Eimeria stiedai.The results indicate that NO and NOS participate in the process of anti–parasite, and nitric oxide plays the role of inhibition or killing in the process of infection. |
