The optimal enzymatic reaction condition was detected using CL-BⅢpesticideresidue rapid determination meter as analytical instrument and AchE in the head ofsusceptible housefly as the source of enzyme. The results show that the optimalreaction time is around 120s~180s and the temperature is around 20-35℃.In this paper, the linear regressive equation, correlation coefficient, the lowestdetection concentration and linearity range of the inhibition rate of 8organophosphorus ester pesticides, such as atgard, azodrin, triazophos, dimethoate, metacide, etc. and carbamate insecticides, such as carbofuran, Methomyl, etc. on theAchE was studied. The results show that the lowest detection concentration of atgardand carbofuran are 0.0073 mg·kg-1 and 0.0099 mg·kg-1, and the linearity range are0.0031~0.7240 mg·kg-1 and 0.0065~0.1042mgKg-1, respectively. The standardadditional recoveries of these pesticides were in the range of 80.1%~103.2%. Theymeet the demand of pesticide residue analysis. The residue dynamics of triazophos, phoxim, dimethoate on the greengrocerywere also studied. The residual period of phoxim was short and that of triazophos, dimethoate was relatively longer than phoxim. The pesticide residue of the vegetablessold in Chuzhou borough Huaian city was investigated and the results showed thatpesticide residue in the vegetables was serious. The effects of different washing methods on the pesticide residue on vegetableswere studied. The residual pesticide on the vegetables couldn't be removed when thevegetables were just washed in fresh water or the water with normal detergent added.Addition of some soda or oxydol was helped to the removal of the residual pesticideon the vegetables.
