In China, the extrude problem of fertilization is the illogical configuration and low utilizing-rate. The variable fertilization technology is a feasible choice not only for giving attention to agriculture economic benefit and environment, but also for accelerating the sustainable development of agriculture. It realizes to control the quantity of fertilizer with the machine traveling. It can improve the utilizing-rate of fertilizer and economic profit availably, what is more, it alleviate environmental pollution. Popularizing the variable fertilization technology in our country has the important practical significance for sustainable development and constructing new rural.After investigating and studying the present situation that farmer's of the representative villages and towns in YuShu city JiLin Province employ chemical fertilizer, the author obtained the first-hand information about applying variable fertilizer technology in YuShu city Jilin province. On the foundation of analyzing the effective questionnaire, the author analyzed the influencing factors about extending variable fertilization technology in YuShu city Jilin province. The article applied the DEMATEL(Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory)method to differentiate the primary influencing factors which block the application of variable fertilization technology in YuShu city Jilin Province, in the end ,this article drew the conclusion: The technical benefit of the variable fertilization technology ??→The support from the government ??→agricultural extension system to consummate ??→the farmer's scientific and technical diathesis ??→farmer's agriculture income ??→young people's attitude of engaging agriculture ??→the ability of undertaking production risk ??→the widespread efficiency of applying variable fertilization technology.The main research content of this article are as follows:1. The author introduced the research background which variable fertilization technology had been researched and applied. Then the author elaborated the research object and the significance about the application of variable fertilization technology. Finally, it outlined the essential method and the technical route in which this article studies.2. The author introduced the current existing problems about the employment of chemical fertilizer in our country. From the water environment, the atmospheric environment, the soil environment and the biological harm aspect, the author elaborated the influence which creates to the environment as a result of excessive fertilization. From the above, it had drawn out the concept which the precise agriculture and the variable fertilization, and analyzed the advantage of variable fertilization comparing to the tradition fertilization by the numbers. Finally, the author outlined the present status about variable fertilization technology research and application in domestic and foreign country.3. From the meaning of life cycle analysis, the article introduced the life cycle analysis of agricultural science and technique achievement, and the author put the life cycle analysis of agricultural science and technology achievement into use of applying variable fertilization technology. According to the life cycle theory of technique, the variable fertilization technology was divided into four periods: the introduction period, the growing period, the mature period,the decline period. The article analyzed the technical characteristic of variable fertilization technology in each time specifically. Finally, the author gave the related suggestions aiming at the different periods and the different characteristics.4. On the foundation of which studied the present fertilizing situation in Jilin province, the author designed the questionnaire and did on-the-spot research about fertilizing situation in YuShu city Jilin province. During the process of analyzing results, the author found four tremendous kinds of 20 influencing factors were included which were the natural environment factors, the social economy factors, the farmer's subjective factors and the technique factors.5. Took the investigated data as the foundation, and took the DEMATEL analytical method as the tool, the author carried on the analysis to the 20 influencing factors about the application of the variable fertilization technology, then calculated the influencing degree of each influencing factor by Matlab software. Finally, the author gave some countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the different influencing factors which affected the application of variable fertilization in YuShu city JiLin province.
