Sphaeropsis sapinea(pine shoot blight) and Cephlca Kunyushanican Xiao(Cephalcia Iariciphila) are main plant disease and insect pest respectively in forestry centre of KunYu Mountain. This article studied on 40 different forest types and site types of injuried pine forest, and analysed relationship between the disease and the insect pest with stand site factors. It also studied on adjusting function of forest structure and site factor to Pine shoot blight and Cephalcia Iariciphila . The results were as follows:1. There was closed relationship between Pine shoot blight and stand factor and got a maths model between Pine shoot blight and stand factors including herb cover, average height, average diameter, average crown, stand density, herb height, shrub height, shrub cover, canopy, forest age.Y=-15.375441-0.003653X6-0.001689X7+4.825621X8-0.440256X10+0.919318X11-1.629731X12+ 3.463640X13+8.757981X14+0.059208X15+0.271251X16, its partial correlation coefficients respectively were -0.005, -0.109, 0.100, -0.125, 0.339, -0.210, 0.077, 0.122, 0.124, 0.537. The accurate assessment rate within this model was 54.2%.2. There was less correlative between Pine shoot blight and site factors. The influence was poor, and the site factors in turn were slope shape > slope gradient > slope aspect > slope location > elevation> soil thickness.3. Insect density of Cephalcia lariciphila and stand has tight relationship, and also got a maths model between Cephalcia lariciphila and stand factors including herb cover, forest age, shrub height, average height, herb height, average crown.Y=-126.836288+5.278696X6-11.959609X10+9.889332X12+111.826857X13-211.471786X14+2.244869X16 , its partial correlation coefficients in turn were 0.344, -0.125, -0.210, 0.077, 0.122, 0.537.The accurate assessment rate within this model was 34.7%.4. There was less correlative between Cephalcia lariciphila and site factors. The influence was poor, and the site factors in turn were slope gradient > slope shape > soil thickness > slope location > elevation> slope aspect.
