| Urban green space is an important part for the city,and an important component of urban ecosystem. Green space can improve the urban environment and urban population's life quality. It can influence city ecology environment, beautifying urban landscape, and supply easeful places for citizens to relax。With the development of urbanization, urban green space has different function with different structure. Remote sensing is major technique of urban green space investigation, It's advantages including: large coverage, quickly and efficiently. High resolution remote sensing data is used to research urban green landscape, the detail of urban green space was show in high resolution remote sensing data.In this paper, SPOT and QuickBird was used to research urban green space of Quanzhou Licheng region. Two type remote sensing images was rectify in ERDAS IMAGINE, after that, two type of remote sensing was added same map projection. Images need to be mosaic and cut. We exacted urban green information by unsupervised classification method. Though majorization and accuracy assessment, we found that the classification accuracy of two type of remote sensing image reached above 70%. Comparing two classification accuracy, classification accuracy of SPOT is higher than that of QuickBird, it can be concluded that traditional classification method couldn't embody advantages of high resolution remote sensing images.
