The construction of rice industry standardization system in Shanghai farm and development on its information system are primarily studied according to standardization and information-based, the results are as followings:1. By analyzing study and development on application software in agriculture and expatiating on rice standardization production and information-based management, based on datum collection and investigation study, the status of rice standardization production and existing questions in Shanghai farm are analyzed and the rice industry standardization system"from farm to supermarket"according to farm environment quality standard, seed standard, production technology rules, fertilizer use standard, plant protection and pesticide use standard, mechanization work standard and paddy or rice quality standard, which supply knowledge support for information system development. Though there are a certain work base in rice standardization production which attain certification such as ISO 9001 international quality system, organic food, green food, food quality safety and safety, sanitation and quality agricultural food, there are not soil improvement and fertilizer standard, fertilizer precision use and pesticide precision use rules, water irrigation standard in high quality Japonica cultivars, high quality safety attestation planting technology rules and famous brand rice. Currently the farm(enterprise) standard needed in product and market are made and carried out in order to realize the total quality control from farm to supermarket and to improve standardization level and quality management ability in farm rice production.2. Based above study, the Management Information System V1.0 of rice standardization production based on VB in Shanghai farm were developed by using the principle and methods of agricultural information technology. The system has such functions as standard query, decision-making support and study tutorship and so on. By practice, the system has usability, dependability, availability and practicability, the users approve of it. But because there are not system study on nutrient distributing characters in soil and rice precision application fertilizers, the system functions have not mightiness and abundant. Thus, by carrying out relate special experiment the base datum of production application and system upgrade are to be attained to improve system practicability level and application value and to speed farm standardization production and information management. |
