The experiment is mainly about three aspects:to investigate and analyse statisticly incidence,pathogeny and administrating on mastitis in cattle cow cooperative society,Kunming and to compare therapeutic efficacy of seven common antibiotic by the means of nineteen therapeutics,to investigate systematically the law of antibiotic residues in milk and according the rules of food unharmful to public,propose safely administrating rules for healing mastitis.1.The incidence of the mastitis in four cattle cow cooperative societies averages 35.9%,maximum reaches 52.8%and minimum 17.8%,the death rate caused by mastitis is 5-8%.The incidence rate of recessive mastitis averages 72%,By the isolation and identification,the bacteria which cause mastitis mainly compose staphylococcus, streptococcus,E.coli,klebsiella,citro bacter,Bacillus pyocyaneus,Gram-positive bacteria and Bacillus proteus are 28.3%,19.03%,16.8%,12.2%,5.31%,4.22%, 3.60%,2.74%,and2.4%respectively.Penicillin,strepolin,oxytetracyclin, sulfanilamide,sulmycin,micronomicin,alficetin,clindamycin are usually used to cure mastitis by single or one associated with the other in the practice.Most antibioltic are used as five times as dosage specified by the rules and the abandon milk time isn't clear after administrating.2.The cure rates of Penicillin by mammary pipe,are better among seven drugs by means of fifteen.Treatment of penicillin is better and cure rates range from 60% to 85.7%;ampicillin,cefalexin,benzylpenicillin and procaine are 84.6%,74.6%,73.9%and 68.7%respectively,therapeutics and coxine 57.1%,56.3% respectively,terramycin are 53.3%respectively.3.The contents of ampicillin,benzylpenicillin,procaine,coxine, oxytetracycline in the milk reach highest at 12 houres after drug withdrawals.The residues of cefaloto,adiazine peak respectively at 24h,36h after drug withdrawals.The residues of drugs in the milk(Y)descent by Y=aLn(-bx)equation(x= sampling time afer residues peak).When the abandon milk time accords to safe standards period,the drug residues in milk are often higher than level issued by MOA.
