A Survey Of The Epidemic Disease Of Egg Hens In Zhuanglang And Research Of Applying The Techniques Of Its Prevention And Controt

In this paper,the author sets up a research task to study the situation that in the county of zhuanglang there occurs chicken cholera that is becoming more and more serious,causing lower beneficial result.The Technical Regulations of Cooped Egg Hens in Zhuanglang is scintifically made in such ways as investigations by interview,on-the-spot investigation,consulting the historical record,chemical examinations,statistical analysis,diagnosis of the disease,and tests of epidemic prevention etc.The result of comprehensive prevention and control shows the total incidence of the disease,the death rate and the ratio of forage eggs are 7.026%,3.04 and 2.28 which have decreased to the percentage of 14.63 and 15.353,compared with the contrast group and the investigation of cholera in Zhuanglang.Meanwhile,the death rate of egg hens has decreased to the percentage of 9.112 and 9.435 and the reward of chicken feed has increased by percent 12.2 and 14.0.The total rate of the living,the highyield period of eggs,the average rate of egg production,the impregnation rate of hens and eggs,the number of each hen' squatified eggs,the hatching rate and the rate of chicken alive are 96.958,162(days)94.3,95.1,112,94.8 and 98.5, which have increased by 9.112,16.55,3.1,4,8,12.96,4.2,4.6(compareed with the contrast group)and 9.435,26.56,38,5.5,18.4,5.8,5.3(compareed with that of the investigation of cholera in Zhuanglang).Each index is quite different with each other according to "T" test which has proved P＜0.01,and which provides scientific basis for the prevention and control of the epidemic disease in the industry of raising hens.Therefor,the approaches in this article are worthy of being spread and applied.
