The density and structure of nematode communities in soil nearby root of three common wild plants (Ageratum conyzoide, Parthenium hysterophorus, Bidens pilosa) were studied. The studies include the effects of climate change and , soil depth change on soil nematode communities of different wild plants. Species and populations in plant nematodes of wild plant in Xiamen were investigated during 2003-2005. 8 species of plant nematodes of Tylenchida in wild plant root soil were identified. They belong to 3 genus and 4 families. These species are:Criconemella onoensis (Luc, 1959) Luc & Raski, 1982Criconemella paradenoudeni Rashid, Geraert&Sharma, 1986Filenchus cylindricus (Thorne & Malek, 1968) Siddiqi, 1986Filenchus fortis (Siddiqi & Lal, 1992) Brzeski, 1997Filenchus hamatus ( Thorne & Malek, 1968 ) Raski & Geraert, 1987Helicotylenchus dihystera (Cobb,1893) Sher 1961Helicotylenchus sp.Rhabdotylenchus guangdongensis Xie, Feng, Li&Yin,1994At the same time, the density and structure of nematode communities in wild plant root soil were studied too. In order to count the nematodes in soil, they were classified into to 8 groups: Dorylaimida, Filenchus, Helicotylenchus, Criconemella, Ogma, Aphenlenchus, free living nematodes, and"the others".The studies have showed some results. There was no correlations between climate and the density of soil nematode in Ximen. Soil depth and the density of...
