The Preparation And Application Of Goat Trivalent High Immune Serum Against ND,IBD And E.coli Disease

IBD and ND are strong infectious diseases caused by virus and E.coli is epdemic bacteria disease. In practice these three diseases often happen together or one after another resulting in great loss in poultry economy. So the researthes on IBD, ND and E.coil are reported extensiely. This thesis elaborated research situation of these diseases in homeland and abroad from many aspects such as pathogeny characteristic, epidemiwlogy, clinical symbol, pathology change, diagnosis, cure and prevention. Then the basic process and application situation in clinic of goat trivalent high immune serum against ND, IBD and E.coli were introduced.Four methods were devised and the best immune procedure was made. This research used the eleo-emulsion inactive vaccine of IBD, ND and E.coli to inoculate goat three times and the interval experiod was 10 days.The dosages of first immunity were that IBD was 0.4ml/kg body weight, ND was 0.5ml/one poultry and E.coli was 5ml/one poultry. The second immune dosages were that IBD was 0.4ml/kg body weight, ND was 10ml/one poultry and E.coli was 10ml/one poultry. The end immune dosages were that IBD was 0.6ml/kg body weight, ND was 10ml/one poultry and E.coli was 10ml/one poultry. The high immune serum was attained after three times immunity and the antibody titer were that IBD was1:64, ND was 1:2048 and E.coli was 1:1280.
