Here, this paper mainly studied the effect of the normal immune dose and the half of that for vaccine associated with bursin on immune response. 1.The immune enhancement of bursin on avian influenza virus (AIV) H5N1 subtype inactivated vaccineTo investigate the immune enhancement effect of bursin on inactivated avian influenza virus (AIV) H5N1 subtype vaccine and maternal antibody, two hundred and fifty huang broiler chickens were divided into 5 groups of 50 each as follows: the group for control, normal vaccine immunized dose associated with bursin, half of normal vaccine immunized dose included with bursin, saline and bursin. Hemagglutination inhibition assays and calculation of index of bursa of fabricius and spleen were applied during experiment. After 29 days old, significant difference at index of bursa of fabricius and HI antibody titer of serum can be observed between the group of normal immune dose accompanied with bursin and that of control (p<0.05) , however, no difference can be discerned between the group of half of normal vaccine immune dose including bursin and the control one (p>0.05). Antibody titer of the bursin group was higher than that of the saline one between 1.5 and 2 titer. The present results show that there exist the immune enhancement effects of bursin on the chicken's immune response. In addition, the same immune effect as the normal immunized group can be induced by half of normal immune dose associated withpeptide. The role bursin played in maintaining maternal antibody.2.The immune enhancement of bursin on LaSota strain of Newcastle diseasevirus (NDV) live -attenuated vaccineTo investigate the immune enhancement effect of bursin on live-attenuated...
