Research On The Cole-rice Mechanization System

This paper is aiming at analyzing and studying the general situation for internal and external cole and rice production as well as its mechanization level, it shows that, though the total productions of cole and rice are at the head of the world, the mechanization level is much lower than average level of the developed country according to our national condition. Focusing on this fact, the paper is mainly researching into the mechanization system of cole-rice fanning model.The cole-rice farming model is a high efficiency farming mode that transplanting rice at the same cropland after cole reaped. In this transplanting mode, rice is a main foodstuff plant and cole is a high quality oil one. The main feature of rice-cole planting model is to improve the using rate of soil nutrition and benefited from restraining the form of bad weed community after long-time carrying out the system of early rice-late rice. For better analyzing the mechanization system of cole-rice farming model, we divide the system into two phases, the first phase is cole; the second phase is rice. There are relations and differences between the two phases. For the first phase, the technology of full mechanization of cole production includes furrow and preparation, ditch, insemination, deep fertilization, irrigation and drainage, plant-keeping, harvest, dryness and so on. According to the working characters of each section, the paper lists certain kinds of agricultural machinery and appendix, which suit for different scale of farm. Generally, the agricultural machinery selects Model Shanghai-50, Model Shanghai-70 or Model Huanghe tractor as options. The next phase, the technology of full mechanization of rice production includes drought-furrow, drought-harrow, water-furrow, water-harrow, bottom fertilization, rice machine transplant rice seedling or direct seeding, defending plant from diseases and insects, chemistry weeding, rice combine, straw-back-filed machine, drying machine, threshing clear machine, transport machine and so on. After analyzing each of sections, in term of the requirement of combination of agricultural machinery and fanning art, we select various equipments for different section in rice production.
