The feeding trials were conduct to study the effects of the dietaries on growth, survival rate, body biochemical composition of Litopenaeus vannamei, feed conversion ratio (FCR),protein conversion efficiency, compositions and the culture water quality by feeding three kinds of formula feeds(feed I, feed II, feed III, each formula feed consists of 0# 1# 2# 3# different kind.) for 105d. Results and conclusions were showed as follows:1) Feed conversion ratio(FCR),protein conversion efficiency, growth rate of L. vannamei were higher in the feed II treatment than in the feed I and feed III treatment, however, the final survival rates of L. vannamei were lower in the feed II treatment than in the feed I and feed III treatment . No significant differences were found those index in various treatments. Besides, the average size of harvested shrimp in feed II was excelled to other treatments, namely the average weight of L vannamei in feed II was higher than the other treatments. The growth rate of L vannamei in the different stages descended with the culture period prolonging.2) The kinds and contents of the amino-acids in the feeds are similar to those in the shrimp muscles, it indicated that the kinds and contents of amino-acids have greatly effect on those in the shrimp muscle. The value of n-3HUFA/n-6 HUFA was decreasing in the shrimp muscles with shrimp growing, namely, the value of n-3HUFA/n-6 HUFA in the juvenile shrimp was higher than that in the adult shrimp, the value of n-3HUFA/n-6 HUFA in the formula feeds was decreasing from number 0 to number 3 feed kind, it indicated that the value of n-3HUFA/n-6 HUFA in the feeds was significantly affect the value of n-3HUFA/n-6 HUFA in the shrimp muscles.3) During the whole culture process, the total trend of the water quality change was the pollution increased with the feed protein level improving. The dissolved oxygen and transparency of culture water in feed III treatment was a little higher than... |
