| Our experiment took tomato and cucumber as the materials to study the effect on cold resitance of seedings by heat shock,.ABA and low temperature exercising and the effect on heat shock result of Ca2+ .The result show that the treating of optimal heat shock , low temperature exercising and ABA can improve the cold resistance of tomato and cucumber seeding . But the result is different, in which it is hest with the treating of 44 ℃ to tomato seeding and 42 ℃ to cucumber seeding , which id less significant than the treatment of heat shock, low temperature exercising and ABA in cold damage on plant.In the low temperature stress, the plants were significantly damaged by cold in the tomato seedlings with 44℃ heat shocked and the cucumber seedlings with 42℃ heat shocked. The content of MDA and EC lower than other three temperature treatment significantly. The contents of soluble protein of 44 ℃ heat shock were evidently higher than others.the results showed that, 44℃ heat shock treatment was the optimal temperature to tomato seedling. And 42℃ heat shock treatment was the optimal temperature to cucumber seedling.The extraneous CaCfe could utmost evidently increase cold resistance before heat shock, it could utmost evidently decreased the cold damage plants when temperature compellion low taken.
