With the double stress of urgent energy and environmental pollution, the ideal choice for us is clean produced energy by anaerobic digestion technique. However the household mode of natural fementation can not satisfy with the needs of environment protection and energy production. Methane production's industrialisation and marketing can make the zoologically clean technology exert its effect, which facilitates it into positive circulation and society's continuous development. However the chief problem of the industrialisation is the slow reaction speed. Reaction speed improvement can increase the capacity aerogenesis rate and shorten investment reclaim cycle, which is most important to promote the industrialization.Reaction speed improvement is the key of methane's production in industrialisation scale. However, anaerobic digestion is a compicated biotic process. Of all the microbes engaging in the reaction, the kind and density of methanogen are the most important influencing factor for the anaerobic digestion efficiency and methane yield. Thus the optimization of methanogen's kind, the density of methanogen in the reactor and the high intensity of microbes in the reactor are the key role.It's investigated that recycling livestock's feces to produce methane energy. The method of screening carrier was brought forward in manually recycling materiel. Carrier screening was made to improve the reactor's efficiency. The study adopted fresh cattle manure, and manually recycling materials to screen carrier was introduced. The experiment device was self-designed and installed, which was for the screenings of carrier frame and material. It involved that the toxicity of the carrier frames. Also the beneficiation of methanogen for different carriers, including activated carbon fibre, granular activated carbon, bamboo carbon, ceramisite, glassfibre and vinylon fibre, was explored. Comparative experiments were made to screen a kind of carrier material for fixing microbes to treat the cattle manure by anaerobic digestionSuitable carrier frame is needed to fill with the reactor, since carrier should be dipped in materiel for a long period, and the carrier frame should also be in minimal interference. Polyethylene and Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) could both satisfy with the minimal interference as carrier frame. Filled with polyethylene could be slightly better than the blank comparison for aerogenesis. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) inhibited the reaction to some extents, though the windage was so little compared with the blank.
