In this study total 62 taxa comprising 53 deuteromycetes and 5 zygomycetes and 4 ascomycetes (Table 2) were identified from the forest floor (layer L, F, H, A1 ) of the two type of forests in Zijin Mountains. The most abundant species was deuteromycetes fungi. The dominated fungal species in both forests included Alternaria sp, Aspergenus sp., Cladosporium sp, Mucor sp, Penicillium sp, Trichoderma sp, Rhizopus sp, Gliocladium sp and Trichoderma sp. The fungi diversity in mixed forest is higher in that in pure forest. Much difference of fungi diversity between two forests was found in L, F and H layers. In the mixed forest, richness of fungi identified from needle litter (Pinus massonian) was lower than that from leaf litter (Liguidabar formasana). The richness of fungi from needle litter increased with profile of forest floor, but decreased from leaf litter. The common species between two type forests and two kinds of litters in the mixed forest increased along profile of forest floor. The result also showed that maximum diversity of fungi was found in layer F in...
