| This experiment mainly carries on three aspects. 1. Effect of different organisms on the earthworm's propagation; 2. Effect of ber' root by wormcast; 3. Effect of leaves' nutrition, yield, fruit's quality of ber with different manurial treatments. The objective is to studies the effect and mechanism of earthworm how to effect ber. And then find out the way to create an appropriate environment for the root's growth and absorb in the south red loam. The main conclusions as follows:1. The earthworm which used in the experiment has strong adjustability in different organisms. Its propagation is quickly, and finally produces the wormcast. The result proved that earthworm breed in the hole which fertilizing cow dung is an Easy and feasible fertilizer regime;2. When the cow dung transform into wormcast, the composing of microbiological population in the wormcast was improved, and it's available nutrient content is increased. So wormcast can improve the soil physical chemical characteristics, even provides the plant enough nutrition.3. Compare to the cow dung and soil, wormcast can promotion root growth distinctly and increase new roots' quantity. Compare to the other 2 treatments, the weight of root in wormcast is 1.49 times as in cow dung, 2.63 times as in soil;4. Compare to other treatments, earthworm breed in the hole which fertilizing cow dung can increase the leaves' nutrient content of ber significantly, and correct the grass tetany;5. Earthworm breeds in the hole which fertilizing cow dung can improve the yield of ber and fruit quality. Its average yield per plant is 1.12 times as fertilizing cow dung in the hole, and 1.43 times as the CK. And it can improve the weight per fruit and fruit's... |
