| Cassava is a perennial shrub belonging to the Euphorbiaceae, cultivated primarily for its starchyroots. It constitutes the source of alimentation for almost 600 million people over the world. Ethanol can be gained from Cassava, it is great resource that resolves our problem of energy sources.Seven-month-old cassava tuber was grown in natural soil. Cultivar SC-124, a landrace from China, was used in the cDNA library and microarray. We also analyze the EST and the data. We get 2878 tentative unique transcripts. And annotated the genes, blastN, analyzed the EST redundancy, classed the function of genes. In order to analyze genes expression profiles of different cassava tissues and to find the highly-expressed genes in tissues, 2878 TUTs were printed on cDNA array, make twelve probes hybridized with cDNA array. And Cyber-T, K-mean, Bio-information software have be used analyze the data, finishing the gene expression profile in cassava tuber. Get the information of differentially expressed genes and special expressed genes in tuber and other tissues.As a result, differentially expressed genes in tuber compared with the 210 days old tuber of cassava that more than the other stages.
