| Ephedra is herbaceous undershrub and belongs to Gnetopsida, Ephedraceae. It is traditional Chinese medicine with the function of getting sweat, appeasing pursiness and availing emiction. So it can cure cold and cough. Meanwhile, it possesses upper zoology value because it has prolific roots, strong adaptability. And it can solidify desert, increase vegetation bestrow, so it is the rarity plant for improving desert. Recently years, Ephedra stuff in factory is hard up because of excessively pick. In this case, the resources of Ephedra are drying up and vegetation is decreasing. For the sake of relieving this contradiction, people start to study Ephedra form every aspects. The research discussed Ephedra from molecule level, cytology, morphology and medical value with RAPD, SEM and HPLC, ect. These would supply the examination gist for germplasm appraisal, medicine distinguish and exploitation. The conclusions were drawn as follows:1,The research of genetic diversity of five species of Ephedra, E. sinisa Stapf, E.intermedia Schrenk.et C.A.Mey , E.przewalskii Stapf, E.equieitina Bunge, E.lepidosperma C.Y.Cheng with RAPD. The result of UPGMA showed, E.przewalskii Stapf belonged to a group, E.equieitina Bunge belonged to a group, E.lepidosperma C.Y.Cheng belonged to a group, E. sinisa Stapf and E.intermedia Schrenk.et C.A.Mey belonged to the other group, and the fingerprints of the different species of Ephedra had the divergence, especially E.przewalskii Stapf which has no medical value had distinct difference than other four species of Ephedra which has medical value, but E. sinisa Stapf and E.intermedia Schrenk.et C.A.Mey had the less difference. Form the plant taxology,The result of UPGAM was consistent with the plant taxology.2,According to observe chromosome of E. sinisa Stapf, E.intermedia Schrenk.et C.A.Mey and E.przewalskii Stapf. The results indicated that E. sinisa Stapf, and E.intermedia Schrenk.et C.A.Mey were also 2n=28, base was x=7, they were all tetraploids. E.przewalskii Stapf was 2n=14 and diploid. The results clewed that E. sinisa Stapf, and E.intermedia Schrenk.et C.A.Mey were likely to the evolution genus for E.przewalskii Stapf. |
