Analysis On The Dynamic Change Of Nutriment Of The Eight Different Provenances Toona Sinensis

Chinese toon (Toona sinensis) is a perennial hardwood, which is a member of Meliaceae family. The young leaves and shoots can be used as a vegetable called Xiang Chun Ya in China and thus Chinese toon is known as a "tree vegetable". Chinese toon is also used in Chinese traditional medicine. So Chinese toon is widely planted in China.The studies on the content determination of eight kinds of nutriment indexes of different provenances Toona sinensis: water, crude fibber, tannin, crude lipid, amino acids, protein, soluble sugar and vitamin c from April 2, 2005 to October 12, 2005. The result show: the change trend of the eight indexes of the eight different provenances Toona sinensis 1.The water content Increased in early and then decreased with the tender shoot growing, and the water content of old leaves is higher than the younger. 2. In the stage of researching, the content of crude fiber of the eight different provenances Toona sinensis are increased with its maturation and in the old leaves it is higher than the tender and the mature. 3. The content of tannin of the eight different provenances Toona sinensis increased quickly during in April 2 to 7 and then with its growth decreased slowly. The tannin content change of old leaves is not too distinct 4.The amino acids dynamic change curves show that the change low of amino acids content of the eight different provenances Toona sinensis is same. In during of growing the content changed as wive shape. In early the content of amino acids decreased quickly and then increased. In June 24 the content is max. After that the content decreased slowly with growing. and in August 12th the content increased within a narrow range, and then decreased.5.The change trend of the content of crude lipid of the eight different provenances Toona sinensis is same in the during of growing, which shows the content increased quickly in early and then slowly with growing. 6. The change low of protein content of the eight different provenances Toona sinensis is same. The content was lowest during the early stages of development and increased slowly with leaves and stem growing . In August 12 the content arrived the max and then decreased. 7. The change low the content of soluble sugar of the eight different provenances Toona sinensis is same. During the early stages of development the content increased stably and arrived the max in July 24. After that the content decreased gradually.8. The content of vitamin c of the eight different provenances Toona sinensis changed similarly in the stages of growth. During the early the content increased stably and arrived the max of growth period in May 24, and then the content decreased with growing.
