The Analysis On The Polymorphism Of Genes Of FHB And Powdery Mildew In The Middle And Lower Reaches Of Yangtze Valley

It is important to culture wheat in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze valley. So,the study of wheat breed of FHB and powder mildew resistance is significant .FHB and powder mildew are the diseases of wheat during the middle-end growth, and the two diseases are occur in the meantime. FHB is caused by Fusarium graminearum Schwabe , powder mildew is caused by Blumeriagrami-nisf.sp.trici. Previous studies have concluded that the farther the genetic distance between parents and the more different genome numbers, Therefore,more attention should be paid to study the genetic varieties of cultivars to properly match the parents in breeding.Besides its easy operation, SSR marker has more alleles in wheat than those if RFLP and RAPD markers,and reliable results as well as greater diversity can be presented. Thus it has been extensibely used to study the genetic diversity in wheat.Wheat is popular crop in the middle and lower reaches of Yangzye river . The genetic diversity among ninty-five wheat cultivars was investigated to help the wheat breeding of Jiangsu province, and several conclusions were drawn in the following:One:The analysis of the polymophism of genes FHB of 95 wheat lines in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze valley.(1) A set of 33 wheat SSRprimers located in 2D, 3B, 3BSc, 4B, 5A, 6B wheat chromosomers QTL were used to investigate the genetic diversity of ninty-five Changjiang valley wheat cultivars.33 out of 41 loci(80%)were ploymorphic.
