| The area of fruit trees growing cover about 0.3 Mhm2 in Weibei highland, where lopping is about 2 million tons in weight annually. This large lopping resource provides high quality material for producing bag-cultivated edible fungus such as shii-take. It is estimated that shii-take could be produced about 0.17 million tons if take fully use of all these resources, which equals to about seven billion Yuan RBM; given 20 % utilization of the resource, net output from the industry can reach 1.4 billion Yuan RMB in value. The practical techniques were summarized as follows:1. The results showed that lopping from fruit trees combining proper rate of bran and additive was the high quality substrate by comparing with traditional substrate mainly composed of hard-dense wood pieces.2. The new variety"Weixiang No.1"was breeded for Weibei highland through collecting various varieties, tissue separating, systematic selection, comparing experiments and demonstration.3. Standard techniques for bag-cultivated shii-take: (1) Cultivated time, spring is proved the best time for shii-take cultivation, to produce high quality shii-take substratum is bagged during March to April enable shii-take outgrowing from October to next March. (2) Cultivated method, middle size bag were used that is 18-20, 56 and 0.005cm in width, length and thickness respectively, bags contain substratum were sealed by covering another plastic bag and put on the shelves in greenhouse of medium or big size (3)Cultivated techniques, the techniques employed in shii-take cultivation including following process, selection of cultivars, cultivating season, preparing cultivating materials and substratum, bagging, sterilization, inoculation, mycelium growing, harvesting and processing after harvest.4. Study on high efficiency ecological agriculture mode, make full use and recycling of waster materials such as lopping, forming the ecological agriculture mode as"food supplies, stockbreeding, fruit growing, shii-take cultivation, forage producing and marsh gas producing and using of by-product as fertilizer", hence, make"food supplying,... |
