With the developing of statistical multi-analysis and science system in genetics, the theory of combined traits and twain traits are abundance and development based on the theory of selection index. We make traits X = ( x1,x2,,xm)T to combine in linearity into a kind of integrative traits F = a1 x1+a2x2+am xm=aTx, simultaneity, endowing with special function, such as the biggest variance of phenotype traits, and the biggest variance of genotype traits or the biggest genotype power (or the biggest evolving genotype). The research of multi-quantity traits will enter into a free field.However, it is difficult that the selection of multi-aim traits in heredity and breeding. We think the study of combined traits formerly is valid in theory. In the point of applying, the powers of combined traits dissatisfy the request of multi-aim breeding. By using decision-making analysis of path analysis, we analyze expressly the effects of every solely trait to combined traits, and confirm the weight-bearing of each combined traits in every trait. We make sure which trait is the main weight-bearing trait, and which is confinement trait. So we get a clear breeding course and improve the science forecast by the decision-making of multi-aim breeding.We analyze the combined traits through using decision-making analysis to path analysis in my paper. We got some conclusion:1. We build the path analysis model for the restriction biggest variance of phenotype principal component traits including the nonrestraint, restraint and prime phenotype traits; the path analysis model for the restriction of canonical traits consisting of the nonrestraint, restraint and prime canonical traits and the path analysis model for bi-restraint combined twain traits and indirect restraint combined twain traits .We also complete decision-making analysis to these models. Only if we ascertain the main weight-bearing trait, the confinement trait, and the intermedial trait when cultivating breed. By selecting integrative traits Fi , breeding operator may choose the traits from individual phenotype expression to achieve the expectation of genetic process.2. Making the path analyze to those combined traits and twain traits, we demonstrate three proposition:â‘ The principal component traits is expressed by the model of the centric Linear Multi-Regression.
