Wheat is the No.1 food products all over the world, and plays a very important role in agriculture. Especially in the North China, wheat is the staple for local people. In this way, whether we could improve yield of wheat is a question about both the national economy and the people's livelihood and agricultural modernization.By now, among many problems, field-weed is a big trouble for wheat reduction of output. And in recent years, the Botany Allelopathy as a new study area has made great contribution. Based on this, we hope that we could find out the reason of wheat-output reduction by doing research about allelopathy of flixweed transymustard. and make contribution about weed-proof wheat cultivation, reduction of chemical medicament usage, environmental protection, and continuable development of agriculture. Several conclusions are summarized as follow:1. According to all bio-measure results of acceptors disposed by extraction, we found germination rate, germination index, vigor index, root length, shoot height, fresh weight and dry weight are all reduced, based on this, we made sure that flixweed transymustard. could release some allelochemicals to restrain early growth of wheat observably;2. After measured content of MDA, ratio of Chla and Chlb and content of Car., it is showed content of MDA has manifolded and improved that allelochemicals of flixweed transymustard. could destroy osmosis of acceptors'cell membrane. But ratio of Chla and Chlb only has tiny change showed photosynthesis may not be the chemoreceptive location.3. By micro observation and statistic, we found karyokinesis index of acceptors has reduced obviously, it is showed the extraction could restrain karyokinesis of wheat, but the result also showed the extraction only could act as a retardant, but not a completely inhibitor. Besides, we also observed some bikaryon cells and multinucleolus cells. Those results showed allelochemicals of flixweed transymustard. might work on anabolism of cellular wall or germ plasm and make some aberrances of acceptors on latter days.4.
