Pinus tabulaeformis is an important pine tree in our country,it distributes widely,has vital role which maintenance water and soil,beautifies the environment and higher economic value[1]. In our country,Pinus tabulaeformis mainly carries on the breeding of better seeds through the establishment seed orchard,but the seed orchard invests in a big way,solid late,the area is limited,the seed quantity can't meet the production needs by far,so it is one of effective ways of solving this problem through the tissue culture expansion improved reproduction coefficient. Although there are the certain research about Pinus tabulaeformis 's tissue culture in domestic and foreign,we have't seen reports that the shape and allocated proportion and density of the main nutritive elements (nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium) in culture medium to embryo culture of Pinus tabulaeformis influence in all related reports. This article has thoroughly and systematically studied on influence of the nitrogen,phosphorus,the potassium element's shape and allocated proportion and the density in culture medium on embryo culture in the adventious bud induction,the multiplication,the growth and root formed process,findings as follows:1. Study on influence of the nitrogen,the phosphorus and the potassium element in culture medium on the adventious bud induction,the multiplication,the growth of excised embryo of Pinus tabulaeformis:This study discovery the conclusion that influence of the nitrogen,the phosphorus and the potassium element on embryo culture of Pinus tabulaeformis in the adventitious bud induction,the multiplication,the growth process is same,namely:1.1 The nitrogen element has two kind of shapes,NH4+-N has the inhibitory action on adventitious bud induction,the multiplication and the growth when it is used independently, but when NO3--N is used independently,the effect of the adventitious bud induction,the multiplication and the growth is good. The effect is best when NH4+-N mixes with NO3--N.1.2 The density of the phosphorus element is low to excised embryo culture in the MS culture medium,it is disadvantageous to the adventitious bud induction,the multiplication and the growth.
