Establishment agriculture was a major form of which tradition agriculture was changed to modern agriculture, furthermore it provided establishment guarantee for industrialization of unharmful agriculture. Frequent happeness of gardening crop disease was a major limit factor to the development of establishment agriculture. Using beneficial organism and its metablite to prevent plant disease have been becaming an active and potential application study area. This research aimed at isolating and screening of antagonistic actinomyce with great ability to suppress gardening crop disease, such as Phytophthora capsici, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp cucumerinum, etc. Searcching for gardening crop disease's biological control, studying and analyzing the inhibitory substance produced by them preliminarily.13 straians of actinomyces were tested systemically. Finally we found that strain 04 was selected as the idealest one, which had a result of over 93.0% suppression of Phytophthora capsici. Via preliminary classification, strain 04 was identified as Streptomyces Aureus, similar as S.fungicidicusNo.B5477.Experimnet of strawberry's cure effect showed that, Incidence of strawberry's disease treated with dipping root was lower than check of control. The cure effect was 65.1% , which put up a high antagonistic effect.Result of glass vessel and potted plant mensuration showed that, low concentration fermentation filtrate(5%) dipping seeds had no significant influence to the burgeon of seeds of capsicum, tomato and cucumber. Moreover it could promote the growth of young plant considerably.By unifactor and uniform design experiments, an optimum medium came up accordingly, and the influence of culture time, inoculation volume, seed age on inhibition activity of fermentation liquid were also studied. The optimum medium consisted of( g/L): soybean powder 34.0, dissoluble flour 6.0, sucrose 2.0, fishmeal 12.0. The favorable condition was: temperature 35℃, original pH 7.0, rotation speed 150 r/min, fermention time 7d and. the transfer volume of the seed liquid 10%.Microwave was used to dispose fermentation liquid. It could kill microbe, but didn't...
