Experimental Research On The Picking Up Plastic Mulch Device Of Spring-tooth Collecting Plastic Mulch Machine

The mechanical collection of the plastic mulch is one of the effective ways to resolve plastic mulch pollution at present. In order to improve the rate of picking up plastic mulch further, the study included the following aspects:1.The tension tests were conducted with different period plastic mulch including spring plastic mulch, autumn plastic mulch and new plastic mulch, and differences among them in the mechanical characteristic were acquired. They will provide theory references for plastic factory owner to produce both cheap and reasonable plastic mulch2.Through the single factor experiment, the ranges of the major three factors:machine speed, speed ratio of picking-up plastic mulch speed to machine speed, the depth of entering the soil of the shovel ,which influenced the rate of picking up plastic mulch were confirmed. They were 0.7~1.2m/s, 1.4~1.7, 90~170mm.3.Using the orthogonal experiments of rotation assemblage of two times, the effect equations were gotten. With analysis method of reducing dimension, the single factor analysis and two factors analysis were conducted to the rate of picking up autumn plastic mulch and the rate of picking up spring plastic mulch. When conducting analysis method of reducing dimension to the rate of picking up spring plastic mulch, the analysis was conducted with comparing with the rate of picking up autumn plastic mulch.4.Through optimization, the maximal value of the rate of picking up autumn plastic mulch and the rate of picking up spring plastic mulch were found when the machine speed was fixed to 0.7m/s. But this speed was a little small, it would reduce work efficiency. With the further analysis, when the speed ratio of picking-up plastic mulch speed to machine speed was fixed to 1.51, both the rate of picking up autumn plastic mulch and the rate of picking up spring plastic mulch would had bigger values. Next according to equivalent line of alternating effects between the machine speed and the depth of entering the soil of the shovel, under satisfying the bigger rate of picking up plastic mulch, machine speed was fixed first, then the depth of entering the soil of the shove was fixed. By this way, both the rate of picking up autumn plastic mulch and the rate of picking up spring plastic mulch would have bigger values, and the machine would have bigger work efficiency.
