Experiment Study On The Factors Which Affect The Sugarcane Detrashing Quality Of Sugarcane Detarshing Machine

Sugarcane is the major economical crop in the south of China, in the process of sugarcane harvest, sugarcane detrashing need most time and its working is hard. So it is very necessary to design sugarcane detrashing machine. Improving the sugarcane detrashing quality is the premise of popular application of sugarcane detrashing machine. Therefore it has great important practical significance to discuss the factors which affect the sugarcane detrashing quality of sugarcane detrashing machine and research the elements of detrashing.Used sugarcane detrashing test-bed experiment, and using quadratic regression orthogonal rotatable design, study on the affecting factors of rate of sugarcane detrashing was carried out by means of physical simulation experiment. The affecting factors, including rotate speed of detrashing platen, rotate speed of input and output roller, distance between input roller and detrashing platen, distance between output roller and detrashing platen. Then, by means of the Statistical analysis, mathematical model establishment and computer optimization technique to establish the mathematical model between affecting factors and the rate of detrashing sugarcane. And the virtual experimental results were analyzed with variance and regression analysis to proceed the test of significance.
