Effects Of Hydrogen Cyanamede And Garlic Juice On Breaking Dormancy And Advancing Sprout Of 'Kyoho' Grape

3 years old trees of grape(Vitis spp) were tested by hydrogen cyanamide or garlic juice . The aim was to study effects of breaking dormancy , advance bud sprout, advance blossom and ripen of grape, and explore the changes of solubility sugar , solubility protein, amylase, POD and CAT in buds after treatments, as well as the relationship between their changes and bud sprout, blossom of grape. The results showed as follow:1 , The time of sprout and blossom of 'Kyoho' grape had advanced after treatments. The effects of H₂CN₂ treatments to bud burst on advance were the most significant. The time of bud burst advanced 9¹1d than CK,and blossom advanced 7⁹d. The effects of garlic juice treatments were not as significant as treatments of H₂CN₂. The time of bud burst and blossom was only 3d on advance respectively.2, The speed and the percent of bud sprout of H₂CN₂ treatments were high. The general percent of bud sprout of H₂CN₂ treatments reached to 90.7%⁹2.1%. The percent of bud sprout of the treatment A, B, C increased 58.3%, 57.4%, 56.9% than CK respectively.
