| Measure and control technology for harmful gases in livestock breeding house is necessary for modem stockbreeding development. Compared with the developed countries, animal industry is undeveloped in our country. To increase the efficiency and output of domestic animal, in recent years, animal industry is growing as scale and factory in our country, resulting in various harmful gases to assemble and volatilize, which seriously polluted on our environment. Studying pollution gases has been done in North America and Europe, owing to finance shortage and recognition degree inadequate, up to now, our country has not studied on it. Continuous measuring on harmful gases coming from confined livestock is a major part of studying all kinds of pollution gases.In this essay, as to expensive cost and most control system must be operated by people, which is unfit for modern management, it presents continuous measure system on harmful gases based on PLC, expounds hardware components, software design and communication between master computer and slave computer. In hardware component, using predominant performance PLC as a core of data collecting system, this system have measurement, display, alarm, enactment, print ,communication function, and etc. In software design, blocking project and clear configuration are adopted, which is easy to amend and transplant, the whole system is of stabilization and reliability.How to process and analyze a lot of data , how to establish various pollution gases emission models and how to find major factors in influencing on pollution gases in order to take effective measure to control it. In a series of issues, data processing is a key to investigation. This paper also puts forward a method based on mathematical statistics to estimate missing data or abnormal data. This essay brings forward multiple linear regression to renew and forecast the missing data, analyzes the feasibility of multiple linear regression and expounds algorithm. As to actual research object, data processing shows this algorithm is simple, practical and can make the data renew adequate precision. |
