The "green mountain and clear river" entironment project which the core is recovery and reconstruction of vegetation on whole loess plateau is one of the most magnificent project. The implementary pattern , overall arrangement of the project and ecology and economic benefit brought from the project are largely depending on water resources bearing capacity of the region,and at the same time it will bring greatness effect to water environment. Hence it is very pressing to study the soil water bearing capacity of loess plateau.The research first study the law of quantity and distribution of soil water in which selected base on different stand plot, and put forward the law of spatio-temporal change of soil water resources of stanf on slope. And take an ulterior step from the fitting degree of water entironment station, according chosen the most suitable water entironment station and contrasted with others, and gotten the fitting degree of water entironment station. So it could provide foundation for the most suitable soil water bearing capacity.Through tracing study on the relationship between the physiological and ecological character of silver chain and factors of environment, and the interactional physiological factors of plant itself, we can conclude general law about transpiration and photosynthesis of junior silver chain in spring drought season, and it can provide foliage physiological theory basis about plant recovery and reconstruction on loess plateau.Combined with nature-approximating forestry theory, according to the general law about the saptio-temporal change of soil water and water consume of silver chain, we can reach the conclusion of the most suitable water density of silver chain on tiny terrain of test-region.
