| In this study, 33 giant pandas and 26 red pandas in Chengdu Research Base of Giant panda Breeding were inoculated combinational canine attenuated-live virus vaccines (CDV,RV CCV CPV CAV CPIV). The blood serum of prevaccination and postvaccination were isolated and collected. The VN antibody titers of anti-CDV and HI antibody titers of anti-CPV, anti-CAV-1 anti-CPIV were detected respectively. The changes of antibody responses of this 4 species of virus in gaint pandas and red pandas inoculated combinational canine attenuated-live virus vaccines were first researched in the world.The growth and decline regularity of virus antibody of giant panda was similar to red pandas. The results as follow:1 11 giant pandas and red pandas existed VN antibody titers of anti-CDV before this vaccination. The anti-CDV neutralizing antibody of giant pandas arrived top level after two weeks or one month of postvaccination, the antibody titers were generally rather low, only antibody titers of one gaint panda excceded 1:100 and reached 1:127, and the sustaining time of top level was very short, the antibody titer dropped at 1:11 in 3 monthes. The antibody titers of the others didn' t reach 1:100, the antibody titers of majority were at 1:4-1:16, and the sustaining time of antibody titiers were all very short. The antibody titers of 10 giant pandas were still less than 1:4. The anti-CDV VN titers of red pandas arrived top level after two weeks or one month of postvaccination, the antibody titers of red pandas were obviously more than giant pandas, the maximum antibody titers reached 1:178, but still low generally and diversity of individuals were obvious. The postvaccination antibody titers of 5 red pandas were still less than 1:4. |
