Photosynthesis is the basis for crop output, which has important reference value to improve the yield and quality on studying the fruit trees in a field. In this thesis, the diurnal variation patterns of net photosynthetic rates of 6 different varieties which come from Anhui huaiyuan were documented in an open gas analysis system of model (LI-6400).The main influence factors were also investigated, and the Pn of 6 varieties were measured . At the same time, take expect as the species of the pomegranate to breed selectively, plentiful produce the cultivation, comprehensive development to make use of etc. to provide the certain theories foundation. Moreover, in recent years the pharmacology researches indicate that the pomegranates have various physiological functions. This text, using the natural pharmic-chemical method, studies some active component within pomegranate. The main results are as follows:1 The curves of diurnal change of 6 varieties assumed two peaks, which assert the clear photosynthetic siesta phenomena.2 The net photosynthetic rate presents the saturated effect to the light intensity. In the sequence of the 6 kinds of pomegranate varity"bopicao","baiyu","dabenzi","erbenzi","muben","yushizi",the light saturation point is 1505.6,1389.5,1192.4,1312.6,1312.3,1182.4μmol?m-2 ?s-1,while the light compensate point is 9.5,7.7,9.4,8.5,8.2,9.3μmol?m-2 ?s-1.3 The main factors, which effect the diurnal change of the net photosynthetic rates, are stomatal conductance, photosynthetially active radiation, internal CO2 concentration, transpiration rate, etc. The net photosynthetic rates of all the 6 varieties are the evident positive correlativity to the stomatal conductance and photosynthetially active radiation. The net photosynthetic rates of the other four varieties, except the"muben"and the"yushizi", present the positive correlation to the transpiration rate. The net photosynthetic rates of the"bopicao","erbenzi","muben"and their internal CO2 concentrations assumed the positive correlative while the net photosynthetic rates present the negative correlative to the internal CO2 concentration. What's more, in the all 6 varieties, the changes of the stomatal conductance have the great effect upon the net photosynthetic rates.4 The net photosynthetic rate matches the stomatal conductance and the transpiration rate in the diurnal variation course, which are basic two-peak curve. It is lower at noon in a certain extent, and going up gradually again. In the diurnal variation trend, the internal CO2 concentration change trend reverses the net photosynthetic rate, that is, the increase in Ci sometimes going with the decrease in Pn.5 Taking pericarp of pomegranate as material and doing the orthogonalization of the L9(34) which choosing the ethanol to be the extraction material make sure that the best craft condition of extracting the flavonoid from the pomegranate is: 70% of the ethanol density, 80℃of the temperature, the anticipate liquid to the compare as 1:20 and the extraction time as 3 hours.
