The mean recoveries of the eggs samples added furazolidone were satisfactory, which were all 75%~100%. The precision of the method was all right because the within-run RSDs were all not exceeding 10%, and the ruggedness of the method was also good with the between-run RSDs of not exceeding 9%. The limit of detection was approximately 10 μ g/kg. There was a good linear relationship(r=0.9999) for the concentration of furazolidone in the range of 10-1000 μ g/L, and the linear equation was Y=88.7350X-295.1437.Due to furazolidone's fast metabolic rate, a rapid screening method using ELISA and a confirmation method using LC-MS/MS were presented for the detection of the metabolite of furazolidone(AOZ). The mean recoveries of the ELISA method were all above 80%, and the detection limit was approximately 100ng/kg. The linear equation was Y=2.75997-0.69794X in the range of 50~4050ng/L with r=0.991, and the linear relationship was good. The confirmation method using LC-MS/MS is following. There was a good linear relationship(r=0.9998) for the concentration of AOZ in the range of 0.05-5.00 μ g/L, and the linear equation was Y=37978.5+1490123.9X. The mean recoveries of the... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | egg, furazolidone, metabolite, residue, HPLC, ELISA, LC-MS/MS, determination | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
