Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, with the rapid development of edible fungus industry the need of the edible fungus cultivate medium production raw materials rises continuously. Experiments indicated that mulberry branches disused in the past were ideal raw materials for edible fungus cultivate medium, if mulberry branches were grinded into wood chips effectively, it can solve the aspect that Plain region lacks edible fungus cultivate medium production raw materials.Because the mulberry branch diameter is small, there are many tiny subbranches in mulberry branch, and mulberry branch's skin is tenacity, there aren't any particular equipments for mulberry branches smashing. The dissertation is based on the principle of present wood chippers and branch grinders, and Characteristics of mulberry branches are considered fully, to research and design the mulberry branches chip grinder.According to characteristics of the mulberry, the mulberry chip grinder's scheme of structure and the transmission plan are fixed on. The chip cutting force of the mulberry branches chip grinder is analyzed and deduced ,and the chip cutting force formulas are obtained to calculate the chip force . The mechanics model for FEA is provided.By experiments of present branch grinder, the smash effect is influenced by flying knife heights ,distance between flying knife and button knife, sieve case, the hammer corner sharp degree, hammer's thickness and numbers. At the same time, mulberry branch skin twines the main shaft all the time."Intertwist problem" is the key problem that must be solved in design of the mulberry chip grinder. Though experiments observation and theories analysis , reasons of the mulberry branch grinder intertwist were found out. Aimed at these reasons , reasonable experiment plan is established to deal with the intertwist. The experiment proves that the guard against(?)intertwist plan is correct and effective and it solves the "intertwist problem" nicely.The mulberry branch chipper grinder models and components are built up with the 3D parameterized software Pro/Engineer which bases on the mind of parameterized modeling, the components are checked by static and dynamic interference detection, and 3D models of the mulberry branch chipper grinder are prepared for FEA.Software interface between Pro/Engineer and ANSYS is set to transfer 3D models to ANSYS without lose. Many high load parts of mulberry branch chipper grinder are analyzed by ANSYS, according to analysis results to modify unreasonable parts ,then the modified part is analyzed again until the design demand is satisfied. Mode analysis is carried on the main shaft system ,the design of the shaft system is validated to be reasonable.
