Soybean isoflavone and Soyasaponins are main secondary metabolite matter of soybean.The two all has many biological activity functions,such as curing and preventing cancer and cardiovascular disease and the like.so their research use arouses enormous interest and widespread attention of domestic and foreign scholars day by day, But these research mainly concentrate on physiological medicine effect and production withdraw aspect and so on . And the research on influence effect of related ecology and gene for Soybean isoflavone and Soyasaponin is relatively little , especially the influence degree and way of Sowing seeds time and year factor for Soybean isoflavone and Soyasaponin are less .In this experiment,20 different type soybean variety are selected as the research object, There are 9 seed-times to plant in two year stabs,and 360 soybeans samples are harvested altogether. The conten of Soybean isoflavone and Soyasaponin is determined for all samples.And making some improvement and innovation for determination method of Soyasaponin.The main result is as follows:1.The conten of Soybean isoflavone is determined for 360 samples.and making variance analysis of double factor and three factors for result.The result shows that there is Extremely remarkably relation between Soybean isoflavone content and variety,Seed-time and year factor.And Interactive factors of variety×Sowing time,variety×year,Seed-time×year,variety×Sowing time×year also present the prominent relation.2.Comparing the degree of the influence effect about variety,Sowing time and year factors for Soybean isoflavonev content. The result shows that the function effect of Sowing time is strongest , next is the variety factor ,what is weakest is the year factor.3.Studing the influence rule of Sowing time for Soybean isoflavonev content. The result shows that the postpone of Sowing time can cause remarkably elevate for Soybean isoflavonev content.4.Making some improvement and innovation for determination method of Soyasaponin.,The use of high performance microplate spectrophotometer three-wavelength colorimetry to determine the total Soyasaponin,which has solved difficults of Soyasaponin preliminary purification and coloration unstable in the determination.5.Determing the soybean meal Soyasaponin content of 360 soybean samples,and making variance analysis of double factor and three factors for result. The result shows that there is Extremely remarkably relates between Soyasaponin content and variety and year factor,and there is remarkable relation between Soyasaponin content and Sowing time factor.6.Comparing the degree of the influence effect about variety,Sowing time and year factors for Soyasaponin content.
